Does OTM/GTM SaaS supports SSO federation with two different Identity Providers?

Example:
You have Internal users managed in Azure AD and External supplier accounts managed in Salesforce.
So you want to federate with both Azure AD and Salesforce to enable Authentication & Authorization to the Oracle OTM/GTM SaaS application.
