Symptoms
On : 11.13.22.04.0 version, File Import/Export
User is receiving errors while creating Contracts through Import Management functionality .
There are no duplicate Records already created with same Contract Number or Contract PUID .
ERROR
-----------------------
Error message : A duplicate record exists in the current import batch. Cause: A duplicate record exists in the same batch with the target object attribute value. Action: Remove the duplicate record from the import batch, or update the record so that it's no longer a duplicate of another record in the import batch.

Create Contracts through Import Management functionality .
