Fusion CST: Unable To Automatically Cost CTO Star Item (Doc ID 2888667.1)

Symptoms

User  have a requirement to have costing calculated for CTO Star Items. All the component items are step up for Perpetual Average Costing, and  resources are setup as uncosted
User tried several options to get the cost automatically calculated for the CTO Star item, but unsuccessful.


Steps:

Create CTO sales order> Go to MFG to create the CTO item> Item is shipped from MFG to inventory org> Item is shipped to customer From inventory org. (Back to back process)
