ACTUAL BEHAVIOR

The attachments with Hebrew characters are not displayed correctly when the approver receives the email. In the email all Hebrew attachments are displayed with wrong title and missing file type extension


EXPECTED BEHAVIOR
-----------------------
It is expected that all attachments are displayed with correct title and the file type extension

STEPS
-----------------------
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Create Contract
2. Add pdf attachments with Hebrew characters and title
3. Submit the contract for approval
4. Observe the email attachments with wrong title and missing file type (pdf) extension
