My Client Groups Quick Actions unresponsive when the user clicks on them.

Steps to reproduce
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:

1. My Client Groups (or Me) > Quick Actions
2. Note that some Quick Actions appear twice
3. Click on one of them
4. See that Quick Action is unresponsive (nothing happens)

Expected Behavior
When user clicks Quick Action, it should launch corresponding page
