Symptoms
Pricing Stage environment is not configured with _PREPROD roles
When the environment was provisioned, Pricing Stage environment was not configured with _PREPROD roles.
It has roles such as PRICING_APPLICATION_ADMINISTRATOR_JOB instead of PRICING_APPLICATION_ADMINISTRATOR_JOB_PREPROD.
STEPS

The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
Navigate to RAAC through Pricing and observe that the roles listed are
PRICING_APPLICATION_ADMINISTRATOR_JOB instead of PRICING_APPLICATION_ADMINISTRATOR_JOB_PREPROD.
