Symptoms

Added conditions to include Business unit as a condition column to derive pricing strategy. Encountered the following error while trying to open Order Management > Create Order screen.

Error: Pricing:An error occurred while deriving a pricing strategy for the transaction.

The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Create an Order
2. Encounter  the Error
