Symptoms

Even after configuring the ORDER-related attributes and CFAs, the MFCS UI does not show them.

Steps to Reproduce
-----------------------

1. Navigate MFCS -> ORDERS
2. Choose an order
3. Click on the order number
4. After the new Order page comes, click More actions
5. Order Attributes are missing
