Running 'Change Job' Does Not Update Salary and Grade (Doc ID 2889007.1)

Symptoms

Go to Compensation Planning, Manage Employees and go to the Existing Employees tab.  Right click on an employee who hasn't transferred.  Then choose 'Change Job.'

 

Notice that Salary and Grade hasn't changed.
