Symptoms

Getting the following error when attempting to create a new endpoint connection from ICS:

Error
------
Unauthorized
Unable to read the integrations from vb-catalog://backends/ics/ic/api/integration/v1/integrations.
Please check the settings for Integration Applications and verify that Integration Applications server is working.

And when attempting to replace all definitions for endpoints under ics, get this other error:

[Client UUID: <CUUID>][ECID Headers: <ECID>] : Failed to replace definitions for service connection ics. See console for more details and try again once the problem is resolved.

Browser network capture will show "401 - Unauthorized". And a HAR capture will show message response:

[VBDT ERROR services.createServiceConnection]: {"status":401,"statusText":"Unauthorized","attemptMessage":"Unable to read the integrations from vb-catalog://backends/ics/ic/api/integration/v1/integrations.","fixMessage":"Please check the settings for Integration Applications and verify that Integration Applications server is working.","responseBody":""}

If getting error 403 - Forbidden or "Network Error - Unable to read the integrations from vb-catalog://backends/ics/ic/api/integration/v1/integrations." check Doc ID 2834775.1.
