"Another User Has Taken Action On This Task" Alert Msg Received During Bulk Edit (Doc ID 2889343.1)

A user with the correct permissions is not able to perform Bulk Edit on a Business Process record. An alert msg "Another User has taken action on this task." is received when Bulk Edit is performed.


Users with permissions should be able to perform Bulk Edit.

The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:

  1. Log in to Production as user with permissions to Bulk Edit.
  2. Navigate to desired Project > desired Business Process > desired Business Process record > Actions > Bulk Edit > select and enter data for the desired field(s) > Update.
  3. The alert msg "Another User has taken action on this task." is received.
