Symptoms
When attempting to request an absence, the following error occurs.
The absence plan and absence type must have compatible units of measure. (ANC-3405052).
Different units of measure between plan and type require a plan conversion formula.
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. My Client Groups > Person Management > Search employee > Absence Records
2. Request an absence.
