Information in this document applies to any platform.
This document only applies if the users who were able to logon successfully to the SIOCS application on an environment, and they experience the 'Login Failed....' Error at some point. If the user is trying to login to the application for the first time after it has been provisioned by Oracle refer to [Document 2781828.1].
Symptoms
When attempting to logon to the SIOCS Web client or SOCS mobile UI the following error occurs.
