'Internal Server Error' Returned When Accessing the SIOCS exposed rEST End Points Such as FTS and RIB to MFCS Integration (Doc ID 2889557.1)

Symptoms

In version 22.1.x, all SIOCS exposed REST API endpoints are inaccessible and return an error as as shown below. Examples shown below are for the File Transfer Service and the Retail Integration injector service.
