FA Manual Completion Error: "Communication Type should be populated and active" unable to edit or update "communication type"

Manually create an FA inbound communication to complete FAs, the Inbound communication type is prefilled in the MAIN section of the the communication window along with the initiating activity information fields which is above the completion details section that looks a lot like the Field Activity Manual Completion Window
