Symptoms
Upgraded APEX from 19.1 to APEX 20.2
APEX --> SQL Workshop --> Utilities --> Data Workshop --> Load Data
Post upgrade the Data Load Utility to upload data from CSV files into tables is not working -- Spinning always and not getting completed
The issue happens only in one particular environment, where it worked fine in identical environments like TEST / UAT...
Tried uploading Excel instead of csv, but it still failed with the same issue
