Maximum Allowed Size Error When Uploading An Attachment (Doc ID 2890065.1)

Symptoms

While trying to create an attachment with a size of 14MB, I get error "Upload size is larger than the maximum allowed size.". Smaller size files are working fine.

In the feature configuration -> General System Configuration -> Maximum Attachment Size -> 300 (MB).
