SA_RULES Aborts When Invalid Selling UOM Entered In RTLOG

Symptoms
SA_RULES batch aborts with below error when Transactions are loaded with invalid selling UOM.
sarules_1~20220613122222~processStoreDayRules~~103~RET-0103: generic function processing error~Unit of measure does not exist.
Steps to reproduce:
----------------------------
1. Create an RTLOG with TITEM records which included a selling_uom that does not exist (select * from uom_class).
2. Run the SA_TRANACTION_LOADING_PROCESS_ADHOC.
3. Observe that an 'INVLD_SELLING_UOM'is recorded in sa_error.
4. run batch sa_rules.
5. observe the job aborts with above error.
