Problem:

While attempting to click on a candidate name in Global Talent Community Pool the following error occurs:

ERROR:

LifecycleAMImpl.createLifecycleInstance()| No template found for Id==-1


Steps:

1. Go to My Client Groups > Hiring > Candidate Pools > Global Talent Community Pool
2. Click on any candidate name
3. An error occurs: LifecycleAMImpl.createLifecycleInstance()| No template found for Id==-1
4. Or instead of clicking the candidate name, put a check in the box next to the candidate's name
5. Click on the ellipsis
6. An error occurs: LifecycleAMImpl.createLifecycleInstance()| No template found for Id==-1
