Unable to find fields to add connection details to Fusion Application 13 in IDCS

Steps followed:

1. Login to IDCS admin console.

2. Click on Applications.

3. Find the FA app and open the app.

4. Click on Provisioning tab.

Parameter are missing under the section: Configure Connectivity
