Bulk Plan is failing - Error logs indicate this issue:

Receiving an error "Could not retrieve SERVICE_EXTERNAL_ENGINE"

Steps to Reproduce


  1. Create an Order Release
  2. Run the Bulk Plan to attempt to generate shipment
  3. Planning fails
