Incorrect NBV on Seeded Asset Cost And Reserve Report (Doc ID 2890365.1)

Goal

Issue:
1. Opening NBV is not correct. It does not include the impairment.
2. Depreciation Reserve is including the impairment amount which should probably be included as a separate column.
