Symptoms
Problem Description:
When attempting to extend a job offer, the following error occurs:
The job offer couldn't be extended. There was a problem with the job offer letter. (IRC-1590777).
This job offer can't be extended because the job offer letter wasn't created by the BI Publisher server.
This job offer can't be extended because the job offer letter wasn't created by the BI Publisher server.
In Preview Offer, when attempting to download the letter to PDF, the PDF output does not load/return.
When viewing the PDF output directly in the Job Offer Letter report in BI Publisher, or when viewing BI Publisher logs, the following error is returned:
