Incident Error While Trying To Send Contract For Signature Via DocuSign (Doc ID 2890445.1)

Symptoms

Query a contract and Sign Contract. The system gives an incident error with the below error message

 

An error occurred. Contact your help desk (FND-2).

An application error has occurred. Your help desk can use the following information to obtain a more detailed description of the incident. Incident ID: <Incident Number>. Server Domain: FA Domain. Server Instance: <Server_name. Application Name: <Application Name>

 User validated the docusign signature validation and status is completed
