Symptoms

On : 11.13.22.04.0 version, Lead Management

When attempting to access engage and profiler tabs in lead object
the following error occurs.

ERROR
-----------------------
the Mashup Content is either giving " secure.p06.eloqua.com refused to connect." error OR it doesn't open the record based on the Contact email.

STEPS
-----------------------
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Access engage and profiler tabs in lead object
2. error occurs

BUSINESS IMPACT
-----------------------
The issue has the following business impact:
Due to this issue, users cannot access the tabs engage + profiler in lead object
