Symptoms

During the creation of the time card and viewing existing time cards, when the an employee selects "Time Card Details" an error pops up:

An application error occurred. See the incident log for more information.
An application error has occurred. Your help desk can use the following information to obtain a more detailed description of this incident.

Navigation

  1. Me
  2. Time and Absences
  3. Create new time card or view and existing time card
  4. Expand the Time Card Details section
  5. The Application Error is thrown
