Applying changes to multiple users' time entry exceptions leads to only one user's time entry updating correctly in 22C.

Steps to Reproduce

  1. My Client Groups
  2. Time Management
  3. Resolve Time Exceptions > Time Entry Exceptions
  4. Update/ Add multiple changes to multiple employees
  5. Click Apply Changes
  6. Only 1 employee is updated when multiple employees had changes
