On : 11.13.22.04.0 version, Customer Billing (Transactions)

ACTUAL BEHAVIOR

Complete button disappears with Business Unit is selected

EXPECTED BEHAVIOR

Complete button should remain


STEPS
-----------------------
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Create Transactions
2. Choose Document type Credit Memo or Invoice
3. Choose Business Unit in LOV
4. Complete button disappears


BUSINESS IMPACT

The issue has the following business impact:
Due to this issue, users cannot complete a Credit Memo or Transaction
