Transfer Shipment Report Not Showing All Line Items in Transfer (Doc ID 2891233.1)

Symptoms

Transfer Shipment Report downloaded from EICS, does not mention all Items added in Container. Only One Item Id is mentioned in Report, whereas Container has three line items.

Steps To Reproduce
1. Login to EICS
2. Menu > Operations > Report
3. Select Transfer Shipment as Report type.
4. Enter Shipment ID.
5. Download Report and observe only one item is present in the report.
