Validation Fails When Importing Data Into Unifier (Doc ID 2891310.1)

Symptoms

ACTUAL ISSUE
-----------------------

When importing data into Unifier, the validation fails.  If the user enters the same data in the worksheet into the User Interface, the record passes the validation and the record is created. 


EXPECTED OUTCOME
-----------------------

If the same data entered through the UI manually passes validation, it should pass validation when importing.


STEPS
-----------------------
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:

  1. Log in to Unifier
  2. Navigate to Shell > Appropriate Business Process (BP) log
  3. Click on Action menu > Import > Data from Microsoft Excel File
  4. Select desired Excel file and upload.
