Goal

Is there an work list access option similar to R12 (EBS) available in oracle cloud applications?

Business Case: A manager has access to a work list that shows all task that need to be managed on several areas (f.e. journals, expenses )

Is there is a way to allow another user (f.e. assistant) to also have access to the very same work list and allow that person to take actions as the VP is allowed to do? In EBS there is an option called "work list access"
