Symptoms

ACTUAL BEHAVIOR

When users (Assignee) log into FCCS and open a task, instead of seeing the 'Submit' button, they see a 'Claim' Button.

Once the Claim button is selected, then the user can see the Submit button. Assigning tasks to users directly did not show this behavior.

Changes

 FCCS Security being implemented/adjusted while deploying schedules.
