Symptoms

When attempting to Switch to Grid View on the Approvals tab, the following error occurs.

Unknown error, please contact your System Administrator.

The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:

  1. In P6 Web, click the Approvals tab and let the Card View load.
  2. Click Switch to Grid View.
  3. Note the error.
