Incorrect ERU (Equipment Reference Unit) Calculation Resulting in Orders Failing to Plan (Doc ID 2891599.1)

Symptoms

When planning multiple Order Releases, some of the Equipment Reference Unit (ERU) utilization calculations based on the ERU info from order release lines are incorrect. This results in shipments with more than 100% ERU utilization and OTM can't find a valid equipment for those shipments. Therefore the entire order fails to plan.
