On P6 22.3.0.1
Description:
For one of the user projects the Store Performance Period operation gets
stuck at 20%.
Since it doesn't complete, the application needs to be killed manually from
task manager.
Steps To Reproduce:
1. Open the affected Project.
2. Chose a Financial Period date of 1st March 2022, and run.
3. Process starts, but gets stuck on Storing Project period performance data at 20%.
