Goal

On : 11.13.22.04.0 version, Authoring

Contract status remains as 'Sent for Signature' after being signed in DocuSign

All contracts have gone through the following stages, but the status would not change to 'Active'
- Pending for approval
- Pending signature
- Sent for signature

Received emails to sign, signed in DocuSign. Received email to say Complete. But the contracts status do not change to 'Active'. Is there a process we need to run to make that happen?
