Symptoms

Create Price Change Group does not work and it throws the below error.

"Unexpected exception caught: java.lang.NullPointerException, msg=Cannot invoke method isItemMerchType() on null object"


Steps to Recreate
-----------------------
1. Create a user
2. Go to MFCS
3. Go to Create Price Change Group
4. Click (+) or Add option under Actions
5. Notice the error.
