Symptoms

Item-loc records deleted from MFCS using xitemlocmod message through RIB is not making entry to DAILY_PURGE table

Steps To Recreate:
1. Publish xitemlocmod for existing ITEM_LOC record with status D.
2. xitemlocmod is consumed and ITEM_LOC status is changed to D.
3. Data is not inserted into DAILY_PURGE table.
