Symptoms
On : 11.13.22.01.0 version, Purchasing Setup
When attempting to upload departments via spreadsheet,
the following error occurs.
ERROR

The values Department aren't valid for the attribute ClassificationCode.
STEPS
-----------------------
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Go to SETUP AND MAINTENANCE > WORKFORCE STRUCTURES > MANAGE DEPARTMENTS
2. Manage in Spreadsheet option,Download the worksheet, enter the data
3. Try to load the data, observe error
