Goal
On : 11.13.22.04.0 version, Budgets
Not Able to View the uploaded budget
User has created the Control Budget and loaded the budget amounts to the same but when we are looking at the "Review Budgetary Control Balances Task" it is providing no data found.
User created the budgetary Cube and have noticed one unusual thing there is a scheduled process named "Transfer Budget Balances to Budget Cubes Continuously: Schedule Transfer" which is under running status for a long time.
Error encountered:
"Error:Initial Cube Creation failed:: Error: Error Code :3303, Exception occured in loading balances to essbase due to missing members
