SFTP Confirm Host Key Changes (Doc ID 2892118.1)

Customer is suddenly receiving errors that the "Host key does not match configured key fingerprint" to SFTP.

This is causing ReSA and ReIM upload batches to halt.

Steps To Recreate:
1. Run batch that connects to SFTP or connect manually from an SFTP client
2. Observe errors regarding host key does not match or is unrecognized
