Symptoms

When testing the new electronic signature post 22C upgrade related to Docusign OAuth 2.0 authentication functionality the following error occurs

An Error Contact your help desk ( FND-2)

An application error has occurred. Your help desk can use the following information to obtain a more detailed description of this incident: <n>, Server Domain: FADomain, Server Instance: UIServer_as<n>, Application Name: ORA_CRM_UIAPP.


STEPS
-----------------------
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:


1. Complete the new DocuSign setup for OAuth 2.0 authentication under Manage Electronic Signature

2. Test the electronic signature functionality

3. Observe the error occur.
