Symptoms
When the user tries to run the “Reporte Balances por Tercero Resumido”, this error is generated: "La cuenta 73354005 NO EXISTE, Ejecutar el Flujo (Cuentas Contables)", for which the "Cuentas Contables” process is executed, but the result indicates that there are no new accounts to import, the third-party report is executed again, but the error continues.
This process is running in the production environment.
