Oracle Data Gateway July 2022 Update (6.7) is installed on a Windows machine (a "personal" deployment).

A JDBC Driver (jt400.jar) is added to the Data Gateway installation (in the <Data Gateway_extract_path>\thirdpartyDrivers folders) for connecting to an on-premises DB2 V7.4 on IBM AS400 (iSeries) database.

A JDBC Connection (which has the "Use Remote Data Connectivity" option checked ON by default) is created in OAC, but fails to save and the following error is observed:

Failed to save the connection.
Invalid connection details were supplied. Please enter the correct details and try again.

In the command prompt window where the Data Gateway was started, see the following error:

ERROR trace:pool-3-thread-1 - FAILED_LOADING_DRIVER [JDSError : 65822720] Failed loading the jdbc driver
Cause - Could not load JDBC driver
Action - Check the jdbc driver. Consult the log file for the details

On testing a query in the Data Gateway Query page (http://<server>:<port>/obiee/queryjds.jsp), see the following error:

[JDSError : 22] Exception from datasource. errorcode:65,822,720 [JDSError : 65822720] Failed loading the jdbc driver - Cause: Could not load JDBC driver
Action: Check the jdbc driver. Consult the log file for the details
