Symptoms

Problem Description:

When running any report in Embedded Reporting, it results in a status of Error.

Upon checking Activity Monitoring for more details, all jobs appear to complete without failure, or one of the following errors may appear:

An error occurred with the report engine.

java.lang.RuntimeException: oracle.xdo.servlet.CreateException: Failed to retrieve a Config Provider. Make sure that your repository is correctly setup
