How to auto populate the absence end date in the absence record? When employee key in the Maternity/Paternity leave type and absence start date.

Example:  In certain Legislation 52 weeks is the total leave they can apply for the Maternity Leave (UK Legislation). So once you key in the 1st January as the Absence start date then system should automatically populate the absence end date as 31/Dec/2021 which is 364 Days.
