On : 11.13.22.04.0 version, Global Human Resources

ACTUAL BEHAVIOR
---------------

For checklist tasks, bell notifications are not sent to the user after the checklist task is assigned. Email notification is received but bell notification is not received.
 

EXPECTED BEHAVIOR
-----------------------
Bell notification should be also received after the checklist task is assigned to the user.

STEPS
-----------------------
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Journeys > Explore Journeys > Search for the Journey > Open a task > assign to a user > bell notification is not received.
