Symptoms
A Financial Reports (FR) report utilizes grid suppression whereby No Data default value of #MISSING is replaced with 0 (zero). When the report is transferred to Excel, the 0 (No Data) is displayed as hash marks in cells. In addition, selecting these cells in return display "1.79769313486232E+308" from Excel's formula bar.
STEPS

The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
A. Explore Repository
- Perform HTML Preview on the report.
- From the menu bar, select File->Export->Excel.
B. Smart View
- From Smart View add-in, import the report into Excel.
C. Reports card.
- From Financial Reports tab, click on the XLS icon of the report and save output as an xlsx file.
