ACTUAL BEHAVIOR

COGS Reversal Not Flowing To Cost Management, When The Revenue Contracts Are Cancelled In RMCS

EXPECTED BEHAVIOR
-----------------------
COGS Reversal must work

STEPS
-----------------------
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:

1) Run Extract Sales Orders for Revenue Management
2) Validate Customer Contracts
3) Identify Customer Contracts
4) Sales Order is Ship Confirmed
5) Satisfaction Event Recorded in RMCS (Identify Customer Contracts, Process Revenue Recognition)
6) Verify Revenue Recognition is final accounted
7) Process Costing Transactions
8) Run Create Accounting for Costing
9) Verify Cogs Recognition is recorded
10) Run Discard Customer Contract with Identify flag set to 'Y'
11) Version 1 contract discarded
12) Verify revenue is reversed and Final Accounted
13) Identify Customer Contracts spawns and generates version 2
14) Recognize Revenue is recorded and Final Accounted
15) Run Process Costing and Create Accounting for Cost Management, observe cogs is now record twice as discard (reverse) revenue was not recorded to reverse COGS.
