Edit System Options Button Not Displayed (Doc ID 2893428.1)

Symptoms

On : 19.2 version, Security

 You have created a custom role with MAINTAIN_SYSTEM_OPTIONS_PRIV assigned in a custom duty.
 However on the system options screen the Edit button is not visible.


The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
  1. create custom role
  2 assign to user
  3. sign on to ReIM and navigate:
       foundation > system options
  4. check if edit button displayed
